Capital Lakefair to bring crowds, close streets and parking
This multi-day festival will result in road and parking closures along Capitol Lake and in the West Campus historic area.

Impacts
Organizers expect up to 17,000 visitors.
Heritage Park parking lot: Closed July 11-19. The City of Olympia will close other roadways near Heritage Park July 10-20.
Deschutes Parkway from Fifth Avenue to Lakeridge Drive:
- Closed for car show, noon - 10 p.m. Friday, July 17
- Closed for parade, 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. Saturday, July 18
A portion of Capitol Way will also be closed for the parade Saturday.
Parking on West Campus west of Cherry Lane: Closed during the fireworks show Sunday, July 19.
