The Department of Enterprise Services (DES) has closed public areas around Capitol Lake.

- Trail from Marathon to Heritage Park.
Why
Heavy rain and high tides flooded these areas on Tuesday. Flooding is probable Wednesday morning. DES is monitoring conditions and will close additional areas if necessary.
When
DES will reopen the areas when it's safe to do so.
