July 18-21: Water Street next to Heritage Park
July 18, noon - 10 p.m.: Deschutes Parkway from Lakeridge to Fifth Avenue
Other impacts
July 19, 8 a.m. - 10 p.m., and July 20, 1 p.m. to midnight : Parking disruptions on West Campus during parade and fireworks show.
Organizers expect 75,000 participants. Expect noise and increased pedestrian traffic.
